The Colors of Autumn
Some years the foliage in dull and dreary. But this year, it is not one of them.
The colors on the trees are vivid and bright. The leaves falling off the trees are just as spectacular.
And this year, the colors run the gambit from reds and oranges to golds and pinks.
I spotted a few on my walk and snapped a few shots. Notice how the grass has already turned to hay, brown and dull, but the burst of color seems all that brighter.
The greens are beautiful.
The reds are bold.
And even the dark purple of the Japanese maple leaves look radiant.
